- Managing the Accounting Department’s client base (current and new ones). - - Addressing their needs by assigning accounting team/staff to resolve client’s requirements in accounting, payroll, and other corporate needs relevant to the department’s assignment.
- Monitoring activities and performance while ensuring accounting teams have the necessary resources to perform their work properly.
- Recruiting & training teams of accountants is an important task for this position.
- Liaising with other company departments, such as legal, management, and administration, to ensure company development and stability.
- Experience in working with administrative authorities related to accounting, social security, and payroll.

- Giải quyết các nhu cầu của khách hàng bằng cách chỉ định nhóm/nhân viên kế toán giải quyết các yêu cầu về kế toán, bảng lương và các nhu cầu khác của công ty liên quan đến nhiệm vụ của bộ phận.
- Liên lạc với các phòng ban khác của công ty như pháp lý, quản lý, quản trị để đảm bảo sự phát triển và ổn định của công ty.
- Tuyển dụng và đào tạo đội ngũ kế toán là nhiệm vụ quan trọng cho vị trí này.
- Giám sát các hoạt động và hiệu suất trong khi đảm bảo đội ngũ kế toán có đủ nguồn lực cần thiết để thực hiện công việc đúng cách.
- Quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu khách hàng của Phòng Kế toán (khách hàng hiện tại và khách hàng mới).
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các cơ quan hành chính liên quan đến kế toán, an sinh xã hội và tiền lương.
