DYM Medical Center Vietnam is a clinic with 100% capital from DYM Japan. DYM has locations in Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, the US, and Japan.
DYM Medical Center Vietnam was founded in 2019 and has branches in District 1, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, and Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi.
DYM is providing Health check-up services for the company in Vietnam (all companies have to do health check-ups for their staff at least once a year according to the Labor Code). Besides that, we provide other medical services such as health check-ups for applying for work permits, and treatment for Vietnamese and foreigners, especially Japanese.
You will have a good basic salary, an attractive commission scheme based on performance (up to 7.5% of the gross benefit you bring to the company), and unlimited commission earnings when you work with us.
Quarterly, you will be reviewed and promoted to the next level and increase your basic salary if you hit the target, requirements.
Job Description:
• Building trust and providing excellent services to potential clients.
• Handling full-cycle of the B2B Sales process from prospecting, pitching/presenting, and closing deals & getting client feedback.
• Acting as a contact point between the client and internal operating teams.
• Implementation period to deliver the best excellent service.
• Coordinate with the Operations Department to complete the service and meet the customers’ requirements.
• Contact clients to ascertain the client’s satisfaction with the service.
• Keep close relationships for retention of clients.
• Respond to termination notices & follow up on the process of the contact’s liquidation.
• Renegotiate service agreements by conducting fresh surveys/audits or educating users of the services, and introducing new services suitable to the client.
• The Line Manager requires other tasks.
