Mô tả công việc
Research, analyse the market, customers’ behavior, competitors, and solutions for the products.
Collect data, analyze and identify customers' requirements about the product..
Coordinate with Product Manager, Product Owner, UI Designer, Data Analyst, Developer (Frontend+Backend), Tester to make sure all team members understand the requirements correctly, keep following team members during the implementation according to the product roadmap.
Implement usability testing using qualitative (survey, user interview...) and quantitative UX measurement methods, A/B testing during product development (Google Analytics, Hotjar, CrazyEgg...).
Modeling use case and related flows, design wireframe (UX lowfidelity/highfidelity), user flows, và prototype (Figma, Balsamiq,..).
Perform other tasks when requested by superiors

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Hava Ggood and effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional team (Product Manager, Product Owner, UI Designer, Data Analyst, Developer (Frontend+Backend), Tester).
Proficient in wireframe drawing tools: Figma, Balsamiq. Be able to build UX/UI, prototype flows.
Hava at least 0.5-1 year of experience as a Business Analyst / UX Designer / UX/UI Designer / Product Designer.
Development orientation in the field of Technology Product.
Logic thinking ability, good problem-sloving skills
Enthusiastic, meticulous, high ownership of the product project undertaken.
Good English skills (be able to communicate with foreign parners and work via chat, email,...)
Having knowledge and experience working in a product environment applying Scrum, Agile, Lean Startup, Design Thinking is an advantage.
