● Work closely as part of growth team to come up with GTM strategy, build and manage B2C sales team to hit conversion rate targets;
● Optimize sales funnel including recruitment, training of new staffs, preparation of scripts, preparation of sales schemes;
● Work on affiliate distribution system, optimize publisher recruitment and revenue per publisher;
● Manage the team to ensure a great customer experience;
● Manage Customer Service Team , ensure good service & run renew/cross sell revenue
● Working closely with Leadgen & Operations Team, ensuring customer experience
