Mô tả công việc
1/ Project management (40%):
- Take responsible for profit simulation and feasibility of the project
- Drive business growth by winning additional and retaining existing business from the customer
- Understand CL customer’s demand and then choose the correct warehouse operation model
- Be the customer’s main point of contact for topics of strategic and tactical relevance, especially for commercial, but also for important operations matters
- Know commercial agreement inside out and fully understands LX Pantos and customer’s duties & rights. Leads related commercial negotiations (e.g., rate increase) based on internally aligned positions
- Be responsible for building up warehouse solution upon specific project demands
- Be the bridge between customer and landlord (supplier) for daily operation
2/ Account management (20%):
- Implementation when project win and go live
- Be responsible for contract management before and after go-live date
3/ Irregularity and complaint (20%):
- Investigates validity of customer claims and manages internal approval and customer communication process
4/ Customer and supplier engagement (20%):
- Schedules, prepares and conducts regular leadership meetings with customer and warehouse supplier
- Be a role model for the principles of Customer Centricity:
o Putting ourselves into the customer’s shoes
o Actively listening, understanding, then acting
o Delivering excellence & continuously challenging the status quo
o Doing what we said we would be doing
o Going the extra mile
o Being simple to do business with
