RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Website Operations Specialist is responsible for performing daily operational tasks on the company's website to ensure it functions effectively, optimizes user experience, provides technical support, and coordinates with the help desk to resolve user issues related to websites and web interfaces.
Web Operation:
Plan, implement, manage, and monitor the website.
Utilize website builders and content management systems (CMS) to set up the website, update content, and deploy new features as requested.
Web Performance:
Assess, investigate, and identify factors affecting website performance, including site speed, functionality, and configuration.
Recommend solutions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-stakeholders and the IT team as needed.
Web Optimization:
Periodically scan the website to develop optimization plans aimed at improving user experience, SEO/SEM, and other digital marketing metrics.
Implement optimization plans in collaboration with other teams.
Others:
Perform daily tasks using multiple platforms.
Research and learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and drive website transformation.

Background in Digital Marketing, SEO, Web builder, Wordpress (coding skills or professional working experience are not needed).
Advanced in English
Experience in using platforms, tools and system, and quickly adopt new tools
Basic understanding of the structure and set-up of a digital website
Technically savvy, able to self-learn and curious regarding the tech industry
Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and goal-driven personalities
Thrive in fast-paced, startup environments
