Senior QA/QC (Denim)

- Consult and provide a suitable solution to meet customer, factory requirements
- Control the inline production quality
- Inspect the finishing garments, do the final inspection before shipment
- Supervise, evaluate and resolve the related issues in production
- Report on the production status and quality of the management team
- Inspect all the inline operations Inspect and monitor the technical measurement, documents, material quality to meet customer requirements
- Update and implement customer requirements, information from line manager and related departments
- Make inline and final inspection reports by Company software system
- Cooperate with related departments to develop the quality management system
- Research the production methods and provide inspection processes, solutions, support QA/QC department to develop the Company Quality system and software
- Support to research products and customer requirements to create the quality standard
- Support providing the material and product quality inspection standards
- Daily monitor and report to ensure the factories execute and perform exactly with implemented quality standards of Company, QC/ QA Dept
- Perform any other job assignments as per instruction from the upper manager
