Mô tả công việc

Negotiate contracts, quotations and close agreements to maximize profits.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly deliverables (including management accounts, tax computation, audited financial statement) to internal and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, who engage with accounting, auditing and tax filing services.
Prepare reports on team performance status.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Monitor job progress and direct production scheduling to meet client deadlines.
Collaborate with accounting-sales team to identify and grow opportunities within jurisdictions.
Assist management in the establishment of long-range plans and corresponding schedules to achieve team goals and objectives.
Exercises overall supervision of staff. Participates in the processes including selecting, hiring, evaluating job performance, employee training and development, promoting, and any disciplinary action up to termination.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations, rules, policies, and procedures for effective and efficient process of delivery solutions to client.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, especially with accountant members.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Auditing or Finance, Sales or relevant field.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Experience developing and leading emergency management preparedness, emergency response, and mitigation.
Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Requires a knowledge of Accounting/Tax/Auditing fields and an excellent command of the English language.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to defuse conflict.
