Mô tả công việc
1. Client Service:
Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements and to gain insights on the needs of clients, market practices and brand awareness
2. Concept Proposal/Quotation:
Coordinate to project team to get full materials for writing proposal
Prepare materials and equipment for the client pitch
Brainstorm ideas for proposals
Take brief from client
Making quotation
Participate in writing proposals and conducting presentations
3. Project Follow-up:
Work closely with the project team to ensure client’s satisfaction
Liaise between the client and all third parties involved in, ensuring a timely completion of projects
Make a task list and allocate the resource to execute the campaign
Take responsibility for the overall project management and pro-actively advise clients on the best solutions for successful project
Guiding the team to develop storyboards of performances, video clips, visuals following the show content
Propose/Choose the suitable supplier for the project. Be creative to drive the cost down in difficult situation without sacrifice the quality of the work.
Working with suppliers of production, LED screens, AV system, stage effects, Choreographer, Visual designers, Audio producers,... to develop event concept and bring it to the real show on stage
Do a report to client after the projects
Prepare master timeline, checklist. Write MC scripts, program agenda, execution plan...
Represent the company at event onsite to take care clients as well as ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner
Do paperwork such as contract, payment advance and liquidation, etc.
4. Others:
Report to Account Manager/ Account Director on a weekly basis
Keep Management Team updated with Competitors activities or Industry trend
Research and study new trends or innovative case studies in Event Industry that have been done locally or globally
Other tasks assigned by Account Manager/ Account Director

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
BA degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Foreign Language, Business Administration, Communications
Experience in organizing marathon events is a plus
At least 2 years’ experience in similar position in agency
A positive and strong leader
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients at high level
Good organizational and time management skills
Excellent troubleshooting and solution-finding skills in terms of staff and projects
Proficient in verbal and written communications in both English and Vietnamese, particularly in relation to proposals and presentation
Good understanding of customers and market dynamic requirements
Passionate, collaborative, outgoing, proactive and creative
Ability to work under pressure. Willing to work overtime/during weekends for job result and quality
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Express) and Internet tools
Experience in organizing marathon events is a plus
