Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales support to the sales team to ensure successful and timely execution of sales goals.
- Act as a primary contact for partner and answer partner’s inquiries.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends and provide feedback to the sales team and management.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional activities.
- Manage partner relationships and provide customer service to existing and potential partners.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans to optimize sales.
- Initiate for sales campaign which is customized for each customer
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Reporting on progress both in terms of deal pipeline, and performance of completed deals/campaigns....
- Executing commission and bonus paying out
- Performing market research and competitor research including but not limited to: digital sales procedure, products…
- Initiation for continuous enhancement after new partner onboarding
- Taking part in digital projects (if any)
- Other tasks as required of line manager
