About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will manage a range of financial tasks, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and procurement, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams. You can choose to be working from home (WFH) or at our Vietnam offices (Ho Chi Minh or Ha Noi).
What You’ll Be Doing but not limited:
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any financial discrepancies.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Prepare and allocate invoices to the correct departments within 5 days of the end of the month.
• Provide leaders with accurate and timely financial advice to manage and track projects.
• Apply for Government Grants and Incentives.
• Review of Insurance, Travel Policies, Corporate Card Policies etc
