Levanta Renewables is a renewable energy developer and independent power producer in Southeast Asia. We develop, build and deliver renewable energy solutions that work for each country in support of its transition to renewable energy, and do so in a sustainable manner while helping local communities. With a shared goal towards helping Southeast Asia realize its energy transition and net zero targets, Levanta is backed by Actis, a leading sustainable infrastructure private equity firm. We are developing 1.5 GW of renewable energy projects in Southeast Asia through M&A and greenfield development of C&I and utility scale projects.
We are currently seeking an Admin Manager and Human Capital Partner, Vietnam; reporting to the Head of Human Capital.
Role & Responsibilities
Human Capital Management for Vietnam
• Responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, grievances and offboarding.
• Develop and implement talent initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy
• Provides constructive and timely performance feedback: oversee and manage a performance management system that drives high performance.
• Collaborate with business units to proactively assess and address training and development needs for employees.
• Overall responsible on compensation and benefits for the Vietnam entity.
• Ambassador and custodian of a positive workplace culture.
• Drive process improvements within the Human Capital (HC) and administration departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Ensure all HR activities are in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, core values, and strategic objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for managing work permits and TRC for foreign employees, including applications, renewals, and terminations.
Admin Management for Levanta Renewables
• Address employees’ queries regarding administration matters including but not limited to office management, employee travel accommodation and ticketing
• Point of contact for HC and Admin vendors. Manage contract and price negotiations with service providers (e.g. service fees, renewal, etc).
• Submission of new and recurring vendor invoices in a timely manner.
• Serves as the point of contact for the management and maintenance of Levanta offices
• Custodian of office and/or administration SOPs and policies.
• Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, car, and security services…
• Support companywide activities such as off-sites, year-end parties and conferences.
• Support internal communication as and when required.
Team Management:
• Supervisory and managerial responsibility on the IT Manager
• Supervisory and managerial responsibility on the Admin Officer/Executive
