Job Purpose
: To perform in clerical operations of Air export to achieve the growth and profit objectives of the Company
Key Accountabilities
1. To receive cargo from shippers at terminal and monitor cargo loading on carriers’ ULD.
2. To contact carriers to transfer cargo.
3. To monitor carrier’s weight & measurement of cargo and stick labels on cartons.
4. To get airline air waybill and deliver document pouch to airlines.
5. To handle general inquiries from internal departments.
6. Assist to gain sales and retention.
7. Attend training classes & self-development.
8. To take up additional tasks as required to meet the Company’s needs.
