[Land Rover] Aftersales Business Planning Analyst - Chuyên Viên Phân Tích và Lập Kế Hoạch Dịch Vụ

We are seeking an Aftersales Business Analyst who will be responsible for:
• KPI management:
 Standardize AS KPI set to measure operation and performance.
 Set KPI to monitor AS performance daily, weekly and monthly.
 Perform analysis to identify areas to improve/optimize and lead project for improvement.
• Margin Analysis:
 Perform report to analyze Aftersales gross margin, finding reasons for gap with budget/forecast/similar entities and coordinate with related functions for enhancement.
• Budget/Forecast:
 Be an AS budget and forecast process focal point,
 Coordinate corporate planning and budgeting in AS
• Report:
 Group reporting, OEM report, internal management and forecast report regarding AS
• Process Improvement: work with IT and relating departments to improve AS KPI monitoring and AS performance
• Others: carry out other tasks assigned by the Line manager and the Company
