APAC OCC Operator Supervisor

Main responsibilities: Operator Supervisor
• Manage and organize the operation of a multi-shift group for WEC monitoring with effectiveness, productivity, cost efficient and excellent service that meet our highest customers' requirements.
• Report & Review existing operation to determine what improvements can be made to areas, which allow for cost reduction, increased speed, and improved customer service
• Develop goals and objectives with Lead of OCC to monitor and assess performance on a regular basis through regular check-in meetings.
• Implement training programs and supporting materials for employee development.
• Provide leadership and build an engaged culture by modeling, ensuring all employees are treated consistently, fairly, ethically, and respectfully.
• Foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration with the operational stakeholders in an effort to maximize business results performance
• Ensure consistency and compliance with departmental and company policies
• Implement all necessary actions required to fulfil the short term, as well strategic goals and KPIS decided by the Lead of OCC.
• Track & report Claims management and NC, build a remediation plan and communicate it to Local Planner.
• POC with 2nd level support in region / GS for the technical issue / know-how session.
• Ensure close cooperation and interface to the 3rd level, e.g. to publish important information in the network
• Evaluate, analyze and generate the Alarm Order base on Storm monitor platform, P1D monitor to do predictive maintenance.
Secondary Responsibilities: Operator OCC
• Work as an operator under a shift schedule operation of a 1st level control room for wind turbines
• Analyze and handle wind turbine alarms
• Operate turbines and wind farms from remote
• Perform advanced-level wind turbine remote operations and support
• Ensure follow up on repaired turbine
• Follow and apply corrective measure for soft-ware and WEC parameter function
• Support Local Planner for assignment of order.
• Create working orders and notifications
• Report WEC stopped and reduced power trough defined tools
• Coordinate Local ISP
• Perform weekend duty
• Perform additional task upon request of the leader
