JOB PURPOSE
• Responsible for the following objectives at the post office: operations, business, personnel, costs, and customer service.
• Success is measured by the following indicators: market development, revenue and volume growth, operational quality (GTC, Leadtime, Order Errors), labor quality and productivity, and regional costs.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Management (40%)
• Develop and allocate business plans for staff within the management area.
• Monitor the progress of business plans and drive efforts to ensure regional revenue targets are met.
• Directly negotiate, communicate, and close sales with customers in the region with revenue from the company's stipulated level and above.
Operations Management (25%)
• Assign areas for handling/pickup-return of goods for staff, periodically evaluate and reorganize the area based on performance results.
• Monitor reports, supervise productivity, and the rate of goods pickup/return for staff.
• Manage the import-export of goods, storage, and handling of goods according to procedures.
Human Resources Management (20%)
• Periodically evaluate the business and operational performance of staff, check their knowledge and professional skills, create monitoring lists, and provide retraining.
• Supervise training, communication, and periodic/on-the-spot guidance for staff on professional skills, company policies, messages, and orientations.
• Perform supervisory tasks, timekeeping, and record the work results of staff in the management area.
• Periodically/randomly visit each post office to check, record, and handle violations of company procedures/regulations/rules.
• Maintain core values in company culture: Customer Success, High Performance, Savings, Integrity.
• Maintain a friendly, harmonious, transparent, honest, disciplined, and cooperative environment at the post office.
Cost, Tools, and Materials Management, COD (15%)
• Assign staff to collect/transfer/deposit COD and check daily according to company procedures.
• Manage the arrangement and distribution of tools/materials, work areas, and warehouses scientifically and up to standards.
• Develop plans, monitor and provide adjustment plans, propose estimates for tools/materials and warehouses.
• Create cost control and operational cost limit tables, optimize and save costs according to P&L objectives.
