• Achieve all critical KPIs consistently.
• Implement improvements based on customer feedback.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to drive business outcomes aligned with company policies and procedures.
• Set clear performance expectations and utilize performance management tools to motivate individuals and teams.
