Job Overview:
The Assistant E-commerce Key Account Manager (Operations) will assist in the day-to-day operations and management of key e-commerce accounts (e.g., Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada ). This role focuses on optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring smooth execution of promotional activities, inventory management, and supporting the growth of e-commerce sales. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the e-commerce business run effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Operations:
Assist the Ecom Manager in managing daily operations of e-commerce platforms ( Tiktok Shopee, Lazada ).
Ensure that all product listings are accurate and updated, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery, addressing any issues related to shipping delays or inventory shortages.
Monitor and manage stock levels for each platform, ensuring sufficient inventory is available to avoid stockouts, especially during campaigns and promotions.
2. Order Processing and Customer Service:
Oversee the order processing workflow, ensuring smooth order placement, confirmation, packing, and shipping.
Coordinate with the internal/external team to handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly.
Review customer feedback and ratings on e-commerce platforms and work with internal team to address any operational issues.
3. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and key KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic, and order volumes.
Analyze data and sales trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving performance.
Prepare reports on campaign results, inventory status, and operational efficiency for management review.
