We are currently seeking an HC and Recruitment specialist (Assistant Manager-Manager level) for 8 months, reporting to the Head of Human Capital. This role is a maternity cover role, and might be subject to extension depending on business needs.
Role & Responsibilities
The role involves the management, coordination, and participation in a specific area of the Human Capital department. The key responsibility for this role is end-to-end regional recruitment. In addition to recruitment, the role also includes working in areas such as training, employee relations, onboarding, and payroll. The Assistant Manager will support the Head of Human Capital with departmental initiatives, programs, and events, and may serve on project teams and committees as needed.
Recruitment:
• Manage and involves in the entire recruiting cycle process including job posting, candidates approaching, sourcing, screening, offers, and selection process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
• Negotiate and extend competitive compensation packages within the approved budget for selected candidates
• Verify the background and references of applicant.
Employee personnel:
• Manage HRIS data management activities, including inputting, maintaining, auditing, extracting, and analyzing confidential HR data.
• Maintain employee information records, including generating and managing employment contracts and personal information.
• Letter issuance to employees
Training:
• Develop and deliver training sessions that meet business needs or upon requests
• Creates and administers onboarding programs for new employees
General Responsibilities:
• Enter and/or process information in payroll cycle with internal team and vendors
• Disperse circulars, notifications, and announcements of HC to employee internally
• Write HR Metrics report
