Are you a talented Drafting Manager with a flair for leadership and a background in Australian construction? We’re looking for someone like you to lead our talented drafting team, ensuring our projects are delivered with precision and creativity. If you have a Bachelor’s or master’s in architecture from an Australian university and 3-4 years of practical experience, we’d love to hear from you! Previous experience in Australia is a plus but not required if you have solid experience with Australian construction practices.
What You'll Do:
- Lead with Flair:
Inspire and guide our drafting team to achieve their best work. Provide mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and help your team grow professionally in a supportive environment.
- Project Magic:
Oversee the creation of detailed and accurate construction drawings that align with project specs and timelines. Your expertise will ensure that our projects stand out for their precision and quality.
- Quality Champion:
Maintain the highest standards of work through robust quality control processes. Review and approve drafts to ensure they meet our company standards and Australian regulations.
- Collaborate & Innovate
: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring creative design solutions to life. Your coordination will keep our projects on track and ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Continuous Improvement:
Bring fresh ideas to the table and help us enhance our drafting processes. Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate the latest technologies into our workflow.
- Organize & Archive:
Keep our documentation in top shape with accurate records and thorough archiving. Your attention to detail will ensure smooth project management.
