Regional Manager/Store Manager

1.New Store Development:
Assist the company in site selection and negotiation for new stores, prepare for all aspects of new store opening; recruit and build a sales team, capable of initiating and launching the normal operation of new stores from scratch.
2.Store Operations & Performance Management：
Comprehensively manage the daily operations of stores within the region, ensure the achievement of sales targets, and enhance store performance through optimized management.
3.Team Building & Training:

4.Expense Control & Problem Solving:
