JOB PURPOSE
Building new business with the Japanese.
Interns will be assigned tasks based on their skills and preferences.
Responsibilities may change as the New Business Development department evolves.
Team:
Japanese supervisor and 3-4 student interns from Japan and 1-2 Vietnamese
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conducting interviews with companies from the client list and compiling company information
• Engaging in marketing activities both internally and externally
• Visiting local schools and institutions for market research and analysis
• Attending Japan Chamber of Commerce meetings and IT business conferences
• Planning and promoting extracurricular activities
• Proposing new services to Japanese hotels and restaurants
• Assisting in managing HR community activities
• Supporting Japanese recruitment sales
• Creating product mockups for new web services
