- Achieve the sales targets of Segment by expanding & improving relationships with partners.
- Collect all information of competitors’ new promotions, bonus scheme of segmented dealers and make appropriate proposal to deal with timely.
- Propose sales activities, changes in segmented dealers to improve performance on monthly basis.
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performances in segmented dealers and propose action plans to hit targets.
- Acquire more dealership together with sales networks, esp. in Home Appliances & Consumer Devices retailers & producers.
- Propose marketing/promotion campaigns for segmented dealers.
- Brand Home Credit image in segmented shops by checking POSM and propose action plans to improve for those are not met requirements.
