Mô tả công việc

● Market insights: identify potential business in America's SME and estimate its market size.
● Customer insights: customer segmentation and insights research, analysis and understanding.
● Business development: develop & control sales pipeline, checkpoints, KPIs and materials for sales operation
● Business opportunities establishment: engage with potential B2B customers to convert them into customers.
● Sales activities: briefing gathering, internal debriefing, delivery planning, quotation creation, pitching, presentation and sales. These activities can be cascaded to the Sales team in the future.
● Business development report: make internal research of markets and customers trends, competition, risks.
● Prepare business plan & simulate budget and turn those into proposal materials for formal corporate clients

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Knowledge & Experiences
● Minimum 4-year experience in SasS, B2B Solution Sales, using Inside sales (Telesales) method
● Knowledge of Web-3, Blockchain (highly advantageous but not compulsory)
● Business Development /Account Management experience with proof of work (commissioned contracts / projects)
● Knowledge/understanding/exposure to America’s locales, certain regions, SME businesses or similar.
Skills
● Telesales (inside sales) skills to English-speaking customers
● Strong interpersonal skills to identify & verbalize the needs and wants of SMEs customers in the USA markets.
● Professional English communication skill (story-telling & of coaching vibe) with clarity via Conference Video Call.
● Good presentation slideshow & video-making skills that enable customers to capture information easily
● Good logic and common sense to quickly adopt new business concept internally and from customers' POV
● Able to read, research and write internal market research, customers trends, competition and risks.
● Prepare business plans plan & simulate budget and turn those into proposal materials
● Good at pitching & closing sales
