Mô tả công việc
Identify and engage potential customers through market research, events, and partner collaborations.
Act as the main contact for key partners (E-commerce, Odoo, Acumatica, Oracle Netsuite, etc.) to generate business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with partners through events and forums.
Collaborate with sales and business teams to secure contracts and develop market strategies.
Evaluate potential customers and initiate preliminary discussions to understand their requirements.
Lead the full sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals and managing post-sales relationships.
Represent the company at events, gather customer insights, and assess needs.
Work with the delivery team to prepare proposals and negotiate contracts, ensuring proper sign-offs.
Maintain client records and manage contract updates and renewals.
Contribute to the company’s market development plan.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Possesses a growth mindset, positive attitude, and is proactive in problem-solving.
Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
At least 1 year of experience in Sales B2B, Business Development, or similar roles, with a preference for experience in Sales IT, ITO (Information Technology Outsourcing), and BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sectors.
With Sales ITO, proficiency in English is a must.
Willingness to travel for business and develop the market.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Able to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressure.
Possesses a growth mindset, positive attitude, and is proactive in problem-solving.
