Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Problem solve issues with data-driven approaches
Plan and assist other functions to achieve team’s and company’s KPIs
Coordinate and lead new project initiatives
Track, report and analyze the operational and financial performance (by store format, area, channel...)
Maintain department's working rhythms, follow and ensure project’s timelines
Other assigned tasks from Management
Problem solve issues with data-driven approaches

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
At least 2 year of experience in Business Analyst or similar role.
Graduated from university with relevant major
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in Data Analytics tools (Excel, Google Sheet, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau ...)
Growth mindset and result-driven mentality
Ability to communicate a product vision effectively to stakeholders.
Experience in FMCG/ F&B/ Ecommerce industry.
Ability to communicate in English (speaking & writing)
Graduated from university with relevant major
