- Employ data-driven decision-making to develop and execute optimal, pricing, promotions, range, and availability strategies to expand both sales and margin.
- Provide timely, accurate and actionable performance reviews and insights to the commercial & wider management teams, including latest competitor and market trends
- Understand P&L responsibility for a range of products under your control including revenue, margins.
- Identify product range options & develop sustainable and profitable growth
- Provide insight to the sales team and work closely with marketing and supply chain to forecast demand and ensure consistent supply
- Drive cost recovery through the reduction of excess waste and improve sustainability & health metrics
- Delivery of competitor analysis, market trends, and associated commentary to the Leadership team.
- Produce models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors.
- Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets.
- Develop promotional calendars
- Experience in creating concepts and processes and quickly drive change in a multi-cultural environment.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
- Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner and clear logic.
- Graduate/ Postgraduate from a top-tier university with outstanding academic achievements, preferably in Business, Finance or another qualified achievement
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese with great communication skills (both oral and written), passion and energy
- Total 6-8 years experience in FMCG category management with at least 2 years at similar level. Experiences in retail, wholesales, ecommerce is a big advantage. Especially in Food or Drinks fields.
- Mastery of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) is preferred.
- Highly commercial, fast moving, multitasking, analyzing, strategic + operational
- Graduate/ Postgraduate from a top-tier university with outstanding academic achievements, preferably in Business, Finance or another qualified achievement
