Channel Marketing Specialist

Track exposure of competitors online & offline periodically and make action plans on how to win them.
Shop in Shop (SIS): planning and execution of exterior and interior items at stores, including signboard, band roll, poster, standee, display cabinet, experience table, and lightbox...
Warehouse management and operation (for MKT supplies)
POSM & Gifts management: planning & execution of POSM (brochure, leaflet, table stand, wobbler...) at stores and producing Gifts (Shirts, hats, bags, helmets, raincoat ...) for events/promotions.
Allocate tasks for field marketing staff (PG & merchandiser), track and calculate monthly salary & KPI
Support team in offline activities such as launching events, workshops, exhibitions,...
Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners
Creating and executing marketing programs and campaigns to drive sales through partner channels
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in campaign tracking and analytics.
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing and channel experience is a big plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of the company's products or industry
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
