Chief Accountant

• Manage daily accounting transactions, ensuring accurate and timely SAP data entry.
• Oversee the SAP system: review, reclassify, correct data and collaborate with the SAP team to resolve system errors;
• Ensure operational efficiency by scheduling tasks, guiding staff on document print and filing and monitoring work results;
• Advise staff & departments on regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks;
• Prepare and submit financial & accounting reports, includes:
◦ Full set of P&L and Balance Sheet
◦ Monthly financials for Corporate/HQ (IFRS reporting package)
• Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including audits, corporate income tax, VAT, PIT withholding tax, customs and regulatory reporting under Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS);
• Review monthly transactions: stocks movement, bank reconciliations, sales and tax reports and prepaid expenses allocations;
• Maintain bookkeeping in compliance with VAS, tax regulations and group policies;
• Develop local policies and procedures for business efficiency and security;
• Assist FM in policy development and standard operating procedures;
• Support FM in SAP implementation.
• Handle ad-hoc project & perform other tasks assigned by General Director and CFO.
