Training & Development
Providing feedback, advice, and individual training sessions for teachers;
Setting short-term and long-term goals for teachers, and providing advice and guidance to ensure these goals are met;
Conducting follow-up assessments to track teachers' progress post-training;
Collaborating with teachers and other team to develop improved lesson plans, assessments, and classroom management techniques;
Conducting regular demonstration lessons and teaching sessions to stay current with instructional practices and classroom dynamics.
Analyzing demonstrations and classes to evaluate teachers’ strengths and areas of improvement;
Building teacher networks and encouraging teachers to share their resources and knowledge;
Coordinating workshops, training programs, and events to enhance teaching skills;
Building resource library for teachers;
Policies & regulations
Follow all working procedures, policies, rules, and regulations of TED;
Support team members in handling requests and concerns from teachers;
Collaborate with team members in maintaining the TED operation in the right standard;
Participate in researching and revising processes annually or when needed;
Support to check, monitor, remind and guide teachers and subordinates (if any) to follow the rules and regulations;
Update and make necessary reports;
Ad hoc tasks
Other ad hoc assignments required by Line manager.

English proficiency (IELTS/ TOEIC/ Other) being equivalent to C1 in CEFR Level or upwards;
Experienced in researching and problem solving skills;
Strong online teaching skills for adult learners;
Teaching Certificate (TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA) is an advantage;
Have good skills in verbal and non-verbal communication;
Experience teaching adults might be advantageous.
At least Bachelor degree in English Teaching or relating majors from renowned universities;
Should be a team player; highly disciplined; proactive and tech-savvy
At least 05 years experience in teaching and training position/academic operations (daily operations, quality assurance process)
Computer literacy – MS Office; G-suit; CRM, etc
