Mô tả công việc
- Conduct full cycle recruitment and selection processes for teaching assistant & teacher of English
positions. Recruitment process includes sourcing, screening and selection, interviewing, offer and on-boarding.
- Build, develop & maintain pools of teaching candidates through networking so that efforts are not
limited to job sites, employment agencies, and internet sites.
- Manage and update recruitment content and communication messages on different platforms
including website, external sourcing channels, Facebook Fanpage, Linkedin, ETC.
- Work collaboratively with other HR Teachers Department staff and Campus Managers to ensure
employment offers and other HR administration for teaching staff is completed.
- Support analysis and reporting on different HR metrics including but not limited to sourcing channels,
recruitment pipelines, onboarding, turnover rate, ETC.
- Contribute to recruitment budget planning activities as required.
- Work on other tasks and projects as assigned.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Experience: 2+ years of experience in teacher recruitment (Education), Teaching is a plus.
Education: Bachelor degree qualification in fields relevant to Human Resources (recruitment) and/or English Teaching is preferred
Skills and Attitude: Pro-active and independent, Customer service mindset, Ability to work under high pressure and fast paced working environment, Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit
English proficiency: Advanced English level (TOEIC: 875, IELTS: min 6.5)
Good understanding of talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, hunting and selection process
Computer skills: Proficient MS Office skills
Education: Bachelor degree qualification in fields relevant to Human Resources (recruitment) and/or English Teaching is preferred
