Mô tả công việc

Collection Support Executive is an integral part of the Collection Support Department - Process and Controlling Team. In this role, he/she will perform activities of following collections Process, update and follow up with related departments to fulfill process from start to end. Furthermore, once the process is finalized, he/she will come up with the controlling action in which to ensure the related Collection parties to strictly follow and alert if not.
Working with related Unit/Departments for drafting ideas and catching up with final process’ requirements
Tracking and controlling process implementation, reporting mismatch or unfollowing process, focusing on Asset handling for Auto Loan
Following up end to end, ensuring deadline of handling Process and Guideline
Daily tracking and gap defining various processes, reporting collection control activities
Checking daily Collection activities base on Manual and Policy
Logically composing requirements into final Process
Routine reviewing and updating specific points base on Collection strategy
Preparing and following up Recovery Law Firm/Vendor Contract & Appendix for new/renew/termination
Updating and maintaining content of Call Script/SMS/Letter of Inhouse Collection
Preparing and updating POA of Litigation/Asset handling/Head of Collection and related Departments
Handling other tasks assigned by Line Manager/ Head of Department.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

- Logical thinking and quick adapting with new ideas
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- University Graduate is preferred, major: Finance, Banking, University of Law or related- At least 01 - 02 year of Collection experience preferred, or related perspective - Experience and knowledge of Collection processes, Litigation and Asset Handling.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Experience of working in a high-pressure environment and working to tight deadlines. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
