1 Project Planning and Scheduling:
Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with project managers to establish project timelines and milestones.
2 Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and distribute regular project status reports to CHIEF DESIGNER
Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory documents (in 3 Languages if necessary)
Ensure all project-related documentation is accurately filed and easily accessible.
3 Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections.
Facilitate effective communication among all parties
4 Resource Management:
Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services necessary for project execution.
Track and manage inventory and supplies to ensure availability and cost-efficiency.
Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival of materials and equipment.
5 Quality Control and Compliance:
Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Assist in the inspection of work completed to ensure it meets project specifications and standards.
Identify and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
6 Budget and Cost Control:
Track project expenditures and report any variances to the project manager.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets.
Support cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource utilization.
7 Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Maintain a risk register and ensure all risks are properly documented and managed.
8 Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the project team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining project files.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other project-related documents.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, design or international language.
Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and other relevant tools.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with budgeting and cost control in construction projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes.
Working Conditions:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
This position may require occasional travel to project sites.
Willingness to work extended hours or weekends as needed to meet project deadlines
