Consumer Banking Customer Service Staff (Contractor)

Purpose
To deliver the best-in-class customer service in Vietnam market.
Main tasks
• Receive and solve customer’s inquiries via channels as Call and Email.
• Provide guidance for customers (Product, campaign information, Registration guide and User guide).
• Help checking status and replying customer’s general customer information, Credit Limit information, Loan information, Transaction information, … base on customer’s inquiries.
• Comply with relevant customer service policy and procedures.
• Implement others duty being assigned.
