Mô tả công việc

- Develop relationships with existing customers through maximum use of a comprehensive product suite, maintain cohesion and promptly respond to customer needs
- Evaluate, recommend credit and restructure credit applications for customers
- Business development: Implement sales targets according to the product list for Individual Customers, search and develop a list of customers who need to use the bank's products or services, specifically Shinhan Bank's Unsecured loan and Credit Card products
- Report work and update customer information fully and accurately according to regulations
- Proactively expand the number of new customers and quality potential customers to advise and exploit the demand for products and services at Shinhan Bank
- Ensuring service quality - Compliance and risk control

Quyền lợi được hưởng

Basic salary + Allowances: 17,330,000 + Business bonus
- Senior Sales Executive level: 21,500,000 + Business bonus

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

- Have passion in the fields of Business, Finance - Banking, Financial Consulting
- Have 2-5 years of experience or more in the same field, preferably experience in credit lending consulting and credit card opening consulting at banks or equivalent financial companies.
- Graduated from university, college or intermediate major in Economics, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Tourism, Import-Export, Real Estate, Business,...
- Have good communication, negotiation and customer persuasion skills
- Experience in sales, development and customer care (an advantage)
- Priority is given to candidates who have good relationships with customers (organizations, businesses, individuals...)
