Customer Service Engineer

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Hotline Support:
Provide expert responses to technical inquiries from customers via case management in CRM in a timely manner. Manage customer expectations with prompt, concise, and accurate delivery of proactive service, information, and consultations, including handling escalations appropriately. Support key customers after hours as needed.
Technical Training:
Offer expert support and conduct training for system integrators and end customers on the operation and programming of various industrial robotic applications using the full range of products and technology packages.
Field Services:
Plan and deliver field services at customer sites, including attending breakdowns and performing planned maintenance across all states in Southern Vietnam. Ensure strict compliance with WHS policies of both KUKA and customers.
Spare Parts:
Assist with internal parts handling, including receipt, dispatch, and regular inventory management of goods.
Team Collaboration:
Actively participate in regular team meetings, submit all internal reports in a timely
manner, and familiarize yourself with various software platforms utilized in day-to-day tasks.
