Mô tả công việc

• Review issues and contact global customers to understand problems via audio call/email
. Ensures customers stay informed as to the status/solution of their issue.
• Log analysis and other proprietary tools analyze problems and develop solutions for customer needs.
• Collaborates on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve moderately complex customer issues.
• Attends readiness training and non-technical training to ensure that they become proficient in support topics. Product/Process Improvement.
AVAILABLE TO WORK FIXED NIGHT SHIFT ON-SITE (10PM-7AM)

• Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from 18 to 24 million VND gross (excluding 30% night shift bonus)
• Salary at 100% during the probationary period.
• Training will be offered in 1st month.
• 90% contribution of the gross salary to social insurance.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

• Strong proficiency in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 750 or higher)
• Open to fresh graduates or junior-level candidates.
• Willingness to work fixed night shifts (10 PM - 7 AM)
• 5 days work week, 2 unfixed days off
• A genuine passion for IT and a desire to grow within the industry.
