Customer Support (English Language) - Salary 8-15M, Tân Bình

- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, etc. Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Support and make report required by Supervisors/ Manager.
- Write and post information to Social networks

- Can work overtime and night shifts as the customers are foreigners. (Night shifts with 150% salary)

- Candidates must possess Bachelor 39; sdegree (University Degree) in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, communication skills.
- Good command in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) – IELTS: 6.5+ or relevant
- Ability to work under pressure, Good problem solving.
