Customs Declaration Officer

- Receive and check import-export documents from clients for customs declaration via Ecuss software.
- Prepare import-export documents, relevant CO procedures.
- Verify HS Code, advise on customs procedures for special import-export goods for clients and the Sales department.
- Monitor clients' import-export data.
- Handle tasks before, during, and after customs clearance.
- Collect, verify, and prepare documents related to customs declaration.
- Conduct detailed and accurate customs declarations on VNACCS/VCIS system.
- Resolve issues arising during customs clearance of goods.
- Respond and handle requests for goods inspection, post-clearance audits, and other requirements from customs authorities.
- Store customs declaration documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval when needed.
- Experienced in handling customs procedures for export manufacturing enterprises, processing, and temporary import for re-export....
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Update and monitor changes in customs regulations and policies.
- Support other departments in customs procedures for shipments: licenses, taxes, and handling accompanying issues.
- Ad hoc assignment from boss or new project survey and study.
