Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Human Resources Leader at LG Electronics R&D Vietnam (LGEDV) - Danang Branch. The Human Resources Leader will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and members of the Human Resource Team in Danang Branch (including Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefits, Company culture functions), ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.
• Collaborate with Steering Committee and Branch Leader and Head Office to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
• Monitor and ensure the organization’s compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices, reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, employment law, and applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
• Facilitate professional development, motivating, supporting, training, and certification activities for HR members in Danang.
• Be in-charge of labor cost forecast in order to propose effective compensation packages and bonus programs for the branch.
• Develop, review and implement team budget (monthly, yearly).
• Prepare and send Labor reports to Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for Danang Branch.
• Partner with Leaders and members of Danang Branch to enhance employee engagement.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks when necessary and on Leaders’ assignment.
