* OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
• The Deputy Regional Centers Manager (DRCM) is responsible for the development of the public business, for maintaining and continuing developing and improving business / operations processes, policies, rules, regulations to cope with the company’s public business development
* PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieving revenue target monthly, quarterly and annually
- Well managing school budget to maintain targeted profit margin level
- Team development & management: Recruiting and conducting on-the-job training to all staff members; Planning work schedule for staff and covering when necessary; Managing, motivating, and reviewing/assessing staff’s performance
- Handling students feedbacks, problems, deferments, refund and complaints
- Marketing Functions:
+ Developing strategic marketing direction (with BOM’s support)
+ Providing sound and on-time market survey, products/ clients/ competitors analysis
- Others:
+ Making reports concerning school operations, activities, procedures and students as assigned
+ Provide, timely & precise monthly report on Revenue, Customer Service & School Administration; Teacher utilization
