Developer (Apparel)

Responsible for product development from technical sketch to proto-typing to the release of the pre-production sample within given timeline (Critical Path), cost and quality targets.
Developing according to briefing requirements while meeting cost and margin targets.
Closely collaborate with cross-functional team in the creation team: Design, Pattern, Material, and Product Management teams.
Coordinating and closely collaborating with Tier 1 & 2 vendors.
Creating and maintaining the bill-of-materials, measurement chart, and tech pack throughout the product development process and lifecycle.
Responsible for the advancement of product and collection on development and workmanship level.
Maintaining, and applying development and workmanship toolbox standards for production creation.
Organizing and leading proto cost - and fitting reviews.
Manage and support development projects across product categories.
Plan and track development timeline of all products to ensure timely completion.
Approval strike-offs, mock-ups, and graphic submission when requested.
Possible mentoring responsibilities towards junior developers or interns.
Plus any additional duties and responsibilities that may reasonably be expected to be undertaken in accordance with the role.
