Digital Loyalty–Promotion Planning & Execution
Purpose: Manage a digital loyalty program for DT on store level J2BD & collaborate with CSP for customized BU/CAT loyalty missions
1.Execute e-loyalty scheme across promotion systems & processes (scheme creation, budget allocation, mechanic announcement etc…) –(LE platform as normal promotion process)
2.Work with IT for system execution & set up to ensure smooth operation (B2B app, Vxceed, Uni Star)
3.Tracking & evaluate performance, execution compliance to ensure qualified store list
4.Monthly E-loyalty evaluations of effectiveness & impact →improvement for the following cycle.
5.Operate E-Loyalty program as target setting, progress tracking, rewarding, store opt in, opt out…
6.Working Sessions with Sales team for performance evaluation & optimization to improve promotion effectiveness
7.Work with DT transformation (DTT) team to ensure smooth migration
CRM
Purpose: Develop & manage strong brand-retailer relationships to build retention & loyalty & unlock sustainable growth
1. Execute always-on CRM activities such as special/thematic occasions, retailers’ birthdays, 1:1 communication
