- Create storyboards for new virtual learning offers including verification with internal stakeholders
- Analyze the learning needs and goals of the target audience, design the learning objectives and outcomes
- Management of subject matter experts network to ensure the quality and alignment of the digital learning solutions
- Creation of engaging and effective digital learning experiences
- Applying instructional design methods in authoring tools (Articulate 360) and web-based e-learning tools
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content as needed based on feedback and analytics
- Act as a key contact and sparring partner for technical experts within an international environment for knowledge management activities
