Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
Strong understanding of engineering principles and processes
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
4 years of experience in engineering, with at least 1 years in a leadership role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively in a team environment
