Facilities Supervisor

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
A- Infrastructure:
­ Manage repair and maintenance works for infrastructure: road, fence, drainage system, system FF, utility trench, manholes, watch tower, culverts, sluice gate, open ditch, open channel, signboards, systems CCTV, building, guard house, external workers, …
­ Make plan and cost estimation and supervise repair, maintenance items, following company process/ procedures.
­ Make plan and cost estimation for new projects to improve infrastructure development such as: internal roads, CCTV systems, vehicle access control systems, workshop and warehouses.
­ Check client/contractor’s documents, submit to superior for granting Entrance permit, Permit to work (PTW), Vehicle entrance permit IZ, Request for deposit for client/contractor’s, return deposit for client/contractor’s, follow up and settle raising items after granted.
­ Participate in the process of handing over land to new customers and holding meetings with customers/main contractors before they enter the plot for construction. Instruct customers/contractors on safety work and other related procedures during before/during and after the construction of the factory.
­ Execute MCS – PPM Task and reports.
­ Plan for storm prevention by yearly and plan recovery measures post-storm.
­ Report on illegal occupancy.
­ Take over projects handed over from Engineering Dept and hand over to Security company for controlling DEEP C ‘s properties.
­ Take part in fire prevention and fire rescue.
­ Cooperate with the QHSE Department to train and control safety for all employees in the IZ.
­ Support other departments in DEEP C to solve arising problems related to customers and vehicles in the IZ.
­ Participate in other activities of DEEP C and Departments when required.
­ Digitalization for reports, dashboard, current processes, …
B- Green zone:
­ Instruct greenzone workers to take care of maintenance for grass, trees on utilities include center line, walkway, roundabout …
­ Make design drawings and estimated cost for each green zone area to be implemented for renovation or new projects.
­ Manage and supervise external workers to work in accordance with the work and direction of the supervisor. Follow up and evaluate quality of external worker suppliers.
C- Security
­ Management and supervision of security companies performing security work in the industrial zone.
­ Train site supervisor team to grow, take more responsibility.
D- Other jobs as assigned
­ Follow approved budget & headcount, motivate variations based on monthly report. Prepare budget & headcount plan.
­ Carry out other jobs assigned by superiors and BOD.
­ Make urgent, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and other reports.
­ Cooperate with Customer Service team to handle inquiries from client.
­ Investigate and give solutions to issues raised by clients to avoid complaints.
