I- JOB SUMMARY
Optimize the site Facilities services availability, reliability, cost and legislative
standards whilst ensuring compliance with current and foreseen Company
requirements indirectly through Facilities Technicians and recognized specialist
Contractors. Embed and manage the Engineering legislative standards for the
site. Provide a site wide support function for all services and buildings, provide
focus and improve all measures within the Facilities department.
II- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain and perform repair/troubleshoot on all Facilities equipment
promptly and efficiently Electrical & Automation system, BMS system….
• Manage maintenance plan and control spare part of Facilities’ electrical and
automation system
• Ensure electrical and automation systems run smoothly and meet the quality
requirements.
• Analyze SCADA systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies
or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase
the efficiency of operation
• Have communication and pedagogical skills to providing technical direction
and on-the-job training for technicians
• Perform task of Electrical & Automation, BMS system and collect data and
perform periodic evaluation and monitor all data and manage all change
processes and resolve all issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with all corporate
regulations and assist in designing an efficient Facilities SCADA system and
adhere to all architectural requirements.
• Analyze all loads and perform required calculations on same and manage all
electrical & automation requirements for Facilities equipment and
recommend improvements.
• Experience with start-up and commissioning of projects, and work with other
engineers, project managers, and construction professionals as needed
