Mô tả công việc

Responsible for maximise the guest experiences in the resort including resort activites and excursion in and around the island.
Design/Propose new ideas for guest experiences including resort activities
Conduct comprehensive monthly departmental meeting to include a review of procedures and events which warrants special handling and detailed information
Responsible for the proper, efficient and profitable functioning of the Front Office & Guest Experiences which includes Front Desk, Reservation, Activites inside and outside of the hotel
Ensures maximum sale of rooms & tours at highest possible rates & daily.
Sets up manning standards in Front Office & Guest Experiences
Ensures that standards, policies, procedures are clearly understood and followed through.
Clarifies duties and responsibilities of Front Office & Guest Experiences personnel and ensures that work flows are in logical order.
Motivates and ensures staff perform to the high service level required, maximising total customer satisfaction.
Ensures that the established quality standard and a high level of work performance are maintained.
Develops training programs for his/her department.
Compile statistics for Front Office & Guest Experiences and provide reports relating to those areas
Gives guidance to all staff in their professional development so as to prepare them for advancement opportunities.
Maintain knowledge of credit policies and procedures and liaise closely with Accounting Department to ensure that credit procedures are properly carried out
Reviews future reservations/occupancies with the Sale Department to maximise room’s yield..
Interacts with guests regularly to obtain feedback on ways to improve the hotel’s services and facilities.
