Marketing Future Leader (MFL)
is a fast-track program dedicated to the brightest young marketing professionals to become our impactful future leaders, those who excitedly take on unique challenges and strive beyond the expectation.
You will take responsibility for learning the necessary knowledge in the process of performing assigned tasks in the development process and actively working and communicating with Buddy (as a guide) and Coach (Rotation Supervisor). In addition to performing the assigned tasks, MFL needs to actively build relationships within the organization, practice professional skills that are not limited to the scope of the assigned work. MFL can actively approach and exchange information with the Program Coordinator when needed.

SCOPE OF WORK
- Build and maintain OM's and OM's entities strong brand image and reputation involving brand strategy, campaigns, messaging, social listening...
- Playing a crucial role in shaping and executing the organization's marketing strategy involves:
- Participating in intensive training programs for the role
- Plan and design appropriate marketing programs according to selected customer segments; ensure these programs follow the customer journey and enhance customer experience
- Implementing a rotation program to assume a Brand Marketing position in different industries within the Group during the first two years, including but not limited to the following sectors: Technology, Real Estate, Retail, Consumer Loyalty, F&B, …
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely completion of projects.
- Organize and supervise the implementation of marketing plans. Suggest ideas to improve internal processes and customer service
- Understand & analyze market characteristics, customers and partners to make recommendations on marketing opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of project details, progress, and outcomes.
