- Welcome guest, prepare furniture/equipment for meeting.
- Control hygiene, safety, health, 5S in Factory/office.
- Check, control and manage canteen, arrange meal for employees, avoiding the canteen shortage.
- Check and control cleaning and security.
- Control and plan for purchasing stationary, uniform, furniture/equipment, and office supply.
- Manage clinic and resolve related issues.
- Support other administrative and HR tasks.
